Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Free Info Here (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website or contact us. Our website address is https://thefreeinfohere.online. The Free Info Here is the publication name of a website operated from the United Kingdom; it is not a claim that the publication is a registered company.
Publisher identification still needs completion: The publisher’s legal name has not been supplied. Add the responsible person’s or organisation’s legal name before treating this policy as final. Keep this policy aligned with the services and settings enabled on the live site.
Who is responsible for your information?
The publication is operated from the United Kingdom under the name The Free Info Here. The legal name of the person or organisation responsible for the site has not yet been provided. For privacy requests, contact forw599@gmail.com.
Information we may collect
The information collected depends on how the website is configured and how you use it. It may include:
- Information you send us: your email address and the contents of a message if you contact us by email.
- Basic technical information: the hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical request and security information to deliver and protect the website. The exact data and retention depend on the service and account settings; see Netlify’s Privacy Policy.
- Cookie or usage information: the current static HTML pages do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising or other optional technologies are added, those services may collect usage information or use cookies and similar technologies.
We do not currently provide a website account, newsletter sign-up or comment feature. If these or other data-collecting features are added, this policy must be updated before they are enabled.
How information may be used
We may use information you send us to respond to your message and handle the matter raised. The hosting provider may process technical information to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or advertising are enabled later, the relevant providers may also process information for those services. We aim to use information only for purposes that apply to the service actually in use.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The HTML files in this project do not currently include Google AdSense or analytics code. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may process information and use cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure or personalise advertisements, subject to applicable law and the visitor’s choices. Read Google’s advertising information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
The site owner has selected Google AdSense Privacy & messaging for the intended consent setup, but it has not yet been configured in the AdSense account or connected to the live website. Before serving personalised ads to visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, confirm the applicable Google-certified CMP and TCF requirements, configure the message in AdSense and test the live consent flow. Mentioning a CMP here does not activate it. Google notes that CMP certification is not a determination of full compliance with privacy law; the publisher remains responsible for legal compliance. See Google’s CMP requirements.
Where consent is required, optional cookies or advertising technologies must not be activated before the visitor has made the relevant choice. Visitors should be able to review or change their choice through working consent controls. A Privacy Policy alone is not a consent mechanism.
Legal bases and your rights
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, the legal basis for processing depends on the specific purpose and circumstances. It may include consent, a legitimate interest, steps taken to respond to a request or compliance with a legal obligation. We will not rely on a single legal basis for every activity.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, email forw599@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and an exception may apply.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be processed by Netlify to host and deliver the site. If advertising or analytics are enabled, those services may also receive information as described in their own privacy notices. Providers may process information in countries outside the UK or EEA; applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and processing arrangement. The site owner should review the terms and configuration of each service actually used.
Retention and security
We keep email enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. Technical logs and records held by service providers are subject to their own retention practices and account settings. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and third-party websites
This website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Our pages may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read before sharing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when this page was most recently revised.
